GREEN REALTOR - FUTURE OF REAL ESTATE

I have started efforts to turn a new page in real estate here, in the State of Oklahoma for now. Other states will follow.

Green Realtor - I will concentrate knowledge, marketing, and advertising resources around energy efficient, healthy and green homes. That does not mean I will only sell Energy Star or LEED certified homes. This means on each and every purchase, energy and health of a building will be a major factor.

If a house is not green, I will show how to make it green. Through my work within Centaurus Technologies and Innovations, Inc. I will bring to the table valuable knowledge of green and energy efficient building standards.

Sellers will benefit while preparing their house for sale. If they are lucky enough to live in a LEED or Energy Star certified home, I will be able to verify that, and market the house as such. With my involvement in the industry, I can actually show and explain what Energy Star or LEED means. If a house is not green, through pre-listing Energy Audit, homeowner will be able to make some important improvements to differentiate their house in this very volatile market!
